About Suphy Direct Limited

Suphy Direct Limited is a Hong Kong-registered company founded in 2025, operating across two complementary lines of business: network infrastructure services — specifically IPv4 address leasing and supporting compliance work — and retail e-commerce, where we sell consumer goods directly to customers across multiple online marketplaces. Both arms of the business benefit from the same operational discipline: clean records, accountable customer support, and transparent commercial terms.

On the infrastructure side, we work with hosting providers, internet service providers, content delivery networks, and enterprise customers who need well-maintained IPv4 space delivered with full regional registry compliance. On the retail side, we curate and ship a focused catalogue of consumer products, handling sourcing, fulfilment, and after-sales support end-to-end.

Our model is straightforward: we acquire and manage allocations through legitimate transfer markets, maintain rigorous WHOIS hygiene, sign every routable prefix with RPKI where supported, and pair each lease with a clear Letter of Authorisation, sane abuse handling, and transparent commercial terms. No grey-market space, no opaque contracts.

We believe IPv4 scarcity should not be a blocker for legitimate networks. Our mission is to make compliant address space accessible and operationally simple — so the teams who actually run the infrastructure can focus on building, not on chasing paperwork across registries.

What We Do

Network infrastructure services for serious operators

We focus on the boring, high-trust parts of running a network — clean IPv4 space, signed routes, and accountable operations.

IPv4 Address Leasing

Short and long-term leases of IPv4 prefixes from /24 to /16. Each lease ships with an LOA, RPKI ROA, and updated WHOIS objects within 24 hours of activation.

RPKI Signing & ROA Management

We publish and maintain Route Origin Authorisations for every leased prefix, mitigating route hijacks and giving downstream networks the cryptographic confidence they need.

Network Consulting & LOA Support

From upstream coordination to BGP announcement guidance, we help your network engineers light up new space cleanly. Letters of Authorisation issued same-day on signed contracts.

Why Suphy Direct

Built around the things that actually matter to network operators

Fully RIR-compliant

Every block we lease is acquired and operated within the policies of its originating RIR — RIPE, ARIN, APNIC, LACNIC, or AFRINIC.

RPKI-signed allocations

ROAs published and validated for every routable prefix where the RIR supports RPKI. Verifiable from any modern relying-party software.

Dedicated abuse handling

A monitored abuse mailbox listed in WHOIS, clear escalation procedures, and a documented takedown SLA. Reputation is a network's most valuable asset.

Transparent leasing terms

Fixed monthly pricing, no hidden activation fees, simple early-exit options, and an LOA you can actually show to your upstream.

Compliance & Policy

How we keep address space clean

IPXO partners and downstream networks rightly expect rigour from anyone leasing IPv4 space. Here is how we operate.

RIR-aligned, RPKI-signed, audited monthly

All allocations are acquired and operated in accordance with the originating regional registry's transfer and lease policies. Every routable prefix is RPKI-signed where the RIR supports it. WHOIS objects are kept accurate, abuse contacts are monitored 24/7, and we audit our entire portfolio for hijacks, blacklist appearances, and policy drift on a monthly cadence.

Suphy Direct Limited operates under Hong Kong data protection law (the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance) and applicable international data protection frameworks. We do not provide proxy, VPN exit, or anonymisation services — our address space is wholesaled to network operators only, under contract.

Frequently Asked

Common questions about IPv4 leasing

What exactly is IPv4 leasing, and how is it different from buying address space?
Leasing gives you the operational right to announce and use a prefix without transferring registry ownership. The lessor retains the underlying allocation and remains responsible for WHOIS, RPKI, and registry compliance. Leasing typically completes in days rather than the weeks-to-months a full RIR transfer can require.
What is the minimum lease term?
We offer flexible terms starting from one month, with discounts available for 12-month and multi-year commitments. Get in touch for the current schedule.
How is RPKI handled?
Every routable prefix we lease is signed with a Route Origin Authorisation matching your AS number. ROAs are published through the originating RIR's hosted RPKI service and can be independently validated by any RPKI relying-party software.
What is your abuse process?
The abuse mailbox listed in WHOIS for every prefix is monitored 24/7. Verified abuse reports are triaged within hours, and we work with the lessee to remediate. Persistent abuse leads to lease termination — protecting the long-term reputation of every block we operate.
How do I get a Letter of Authorisation?
An LOA is issued the same business day a contract is signed and the first invoice is settled. We provide it in PDF and signed-text formats acceptable to all major Tier-1 and Tier-2 upstream providers.
